LDV51 - Adjustable Butterfly Valve Lockout

The LEDS LDV51 is an adjustable butterfly valve lockout designed for valve handles measuring 8-45 mm in width. Its engineering-plastic ABS body fits over the butterfly-valve handle to help prevent movement during Lockout/Tagout, inspection, and maintenance. The October 2024 LEDS catalog separately lists an applicable valve-stem diameter of 25-76 mm (1-3 in), a 9 mm lock-hole diameter, an overall length of 310 mm, and an overall height of 70 mm. The red lockout can be secured with one safety padlock having a shackle diameter of up to 7 mm. Handle width and valve-stem diameter are retained as separate selection parameters and should not be treated as the same measurement.
