We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only accept return requests for items that are defective, damaged, not functioning properly, or if you received the wrong item. If your item meets any of the above conditions, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Orders shipped to the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with local regulations.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

損壞和問題 | Damages and Issues

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
退款 | Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
