LDV12 - Standard Gate Valve Lockout for 64-127 mm Handwheels

The LEDS LDV12 is a standard gate valve lockout designed for valve handwheels with diameters from 64 to 127 mm (2.5-5 in). Its two-piece engineering-plastic ABS body closes around the handwheel, helping block access and prevent unintended operation during energy-isolation and maintenance procedures. The hollow-center construction accommodates rising valve stems. The October 2024 LEDS catalog specifies A, B, and C dimensions of 142, 46, and 45 mm respectively. The red body accepts one safety padlock with a shackle diameter of up to 7 mm. Custom body colors and Chinese or English universal warning labels are available.
