LDH12 - 38 mm Steel Lockout Hasp

The LEDS LDH12 is a six-hole steel lockout hasp with a larger 38 mm jaw opening for group Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). It enables up to six authorized workers to secure the same energy-isolation point with individual safety padlocks, helping prevent the equipment from being returned to service before all workers have removed their locks. The steel jaw is chrome-plated, and the red handle is injection-molded from PA nylon. According to the October 2024 LEDS catalog, the hasp measures 128 x 40 mm overall and has 10.5 mm lock holes. It accepts padlock shackles up to 10 mm in diameter, and a stainless-steel version can be customized on request.
